       Years ago I found a patented treatment on the Internet.  It appears to be the use of eye drops utilizing pro-tease inhibitors.  An E-mail to the patent holder, Stephen Quay, did not get any responses.  I presented a printout of the detailed abstract of the patent to KC organizations and highly credentialed KC doctors.  I have not been able to get even a response from any of the above.  You can find the abstract by searching
